Hello Vishal, As per your query i would like to tell you The marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper. A d number of students getting that mark.
Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..It will vary for each group.

The Cutoff also vary in Government, Private and Deemed University.

As per ur query about NEET MDS 2018 cutoff i would like to inform you, officially it's is not yet declared by nbe.

So you will wait  few more days for the knowing the actual cutoff.
