this is for your kind information that for any MBBS seat there are only three exams that you can go for, the NEET, AIIMS or JIPMER.

other than this, no medical college has its own medical entrance exam. for this year, the neet exams are already done and now you can only apply next year.

talking about a particular exam, like the gyan sagar medical college, you need to score atleast 550 marks if you are from UR category. after appearing for the exam, you need to wait for the result and then see if you are eligible for counselling. once applied for counselling round, you can have the colleges of your choice based on the marks you've scored in the exam.
