Here in this forum, there is no facility to ost the nta reply, you send me your mail ID, I will forward it 

There is NTA mail ID and their mobile nos in the information brochure. One can contact them for clarification. They are responding very fast. With in few hours only they are responding. Here the point  is there is no proper reasoning to bar any corrections. In the application. It is only after they prepare the lists it is not possible.

Yes, change is allowed from 14th Jan to 31st jan

You should try requesting them to allow for correction or ask for an alternative 

No  hang is allowed for all India state quota, gender, caste /category ie obc, SC, st.

I'm sorry to say to say that you can not change your state of eligibility in the NEET 2019 Application Form.
