With your rank and category you might stand a chance of getting a government college through All india quota counselling in round 2.

There are colleges in south and in states like bihar, west bengal etc where you might have a scope. 

However this is taking into consideration last years trend. And the counselling tendency usually varoes every year.

Sometimes the cutoffs of round 2 go up instead of coming up. So nothing can be completely assured as of now.

You should also try for the government colleges in your state. Chances can be better there.
