Hii Shivani
No being from the general category itself makes it very difficult for you to get a good college and with 83.25 percentage in class 12th boards makes it all the way impossible. The cutoffs for the general category students is very high for the North campus colleges more than 95 percentage and as high as more than 90 percentage for south campus colleges. You won't get in a college as of now , let the actual cutoffs to be declared by the university of Delhi on their official website.
