Unfortunaltely no,as you belong to the general cateogory . Bachelor's in sciences honours is one of the most prefered courses of the University of Delhi , New Delhi and the cutoffs for this course is generally very high more than 95 percentage best of four for the north campus colleges and more than 90 percentage for the good colleegs of the south campus . You can wait for the actual cutoffs to ascertain the situation  .  Hope it helps
