You may or may not get a fraction of your refund or the whole amount. The criteria for refunding depends from college to college. If the college cab fill the seat left void by your transfer, there's a good chance that they can refund certain amount of your fee but that being said if they are unable to fill your seat, it's difficult to you to get a refund.
