With rank above 1 lakhs it becomes nearly impossible to get CSE or in fact any branch in Vellore campus or even Chennai Campus.

Generally VIT calls upto 1 lakhs students for counselling process sometime 1.25 lakhs depending upon the situation but after sometimes hey releases a statement saying all the seats are full and there is no vacancy.
