Firstly congrats for your percentile score!
As per now only percentile score is released but you have more chances to get IIIt's and gftis Colleges.
Use this formula to predict the rank:

Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469/100.
Your expected rank is 45559 by using above formula

Your rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially.
You have to wait for the official results.if you want to compare with previous years cutoff of IIIt's and gftis you can go through the below link:

You have some chances to get IIIt's but better to improve your percentile score by giving attempt to April jEE mains exam.because this the the exam held twice and more Aspirants are attempting this exam with great efforts.
