dear student,

• For post graduation- take admission in any college with a good rank and apply for the different hostels of delhi university (ex- gawyer hall, jublie hall etc.)
• For under graduation- clear the cut off ,apply for the hostel . Mostly every department has two to three seats in a college hostel and your marks will get you a seat for sure. In short you will have to be a topper or in top 5.                                                                                                                        hope it helps
