Admission to government medical colleges is done under two categories. All India quota (15%) and state quota(85%). Each state declares a seprate merit list for candidates of that state.
So with 300 marks in ST category you might not get any collwge through All India quota. However you will surely get a good medical college in ypur own state through state quota.
So,fill online form of your state counselling and you will surely get a good medical college in your own state.
