Now Coming to your query, As per NEET regulations, your security amount will be refunded back into your account only if you didn't get a seat in any round of counseling. In case you got a seat in any round of counseling and you joined that college then this amount will be reduced from your fee. So if you quit from counseling in the 2nd round then your money will not be refunded back.
