Only those candidates should reupload the correct images only if they have received such SMS or email. Keep an eye for any such notification from the authorities. If you haven't received any, then you are good to go.

Yes you might face problems if you have submitted your photo without your name or date. The NEET application dies requires your name and date on the photograph.
