Greetings!
The exam may be conducted twice in 2020 in February and May sessions. However, there is no official notification released by the exam conducting authority regarding the same.
But in case something like that happens,  NTA will notify about this on its official website.

Hello

NTA has announced the dates of NEET 2020. The exam will be conducted on May 3, 2020. Schedule of the exam is as folllows:

Registration Dates: 2nd  to 31st  December, 2019
Downloading of Admit Cards: 27th  March, 2020
Date of Examination: 3rd  May, 2020
Date of Announcing Result: 4th  June, 2020

So, as per the official notification, the exam will be conducted only once.
