Hey Akshaya !
We can't really predict about the NEET 2020 so early as of now. But as we had a look through the paper of 2019, we could clearly make out that the cutoff depended on 2 factors.
1. Level of Paper
2. No. of Examinees

The number of Examinees is bound to increase every year and so it will absolutely increase in 2020 too. And about the level of paper, since the 2019 paper was on an easier aspect causing such a rank inflation, we do expect the 2020 paper to be a bit high in order to make the competition just. On that case, the cutoff might drop a bit it can't be said accurately.
To be on the safe side, it's expected to score a minimum of 570+.
Let's hope that the number of seats too increase in 2020 in order to drop the cutoff a bit.
