St. Stephen's college is the top science college which comes under Delhi University (DU). All the admission in DU is done on merit basis. The percentage of class 12 is used to get admission. DU makes a merit list for each college which has the cutoff percentage through which one can take admission in any course. The cutoff for admission in DU is very high every year and to take admission in St. Stephen's you have to get more than 98% in your class 12 examinations. There is no entrance exam in St. Stephen's college.
