Generally, Colleges in DU have Saturday-Sunday as an off day. However, that's not a specific rule. Based on the class schedule and time you might have to attend classes on Saturday (Rarely Sunday) irrespective of the college.

It depends from college to college, and colleges change their time table yearly, sometimes even according to the SEM some times. So I can't really list the names of the colleges. Sometimes even according to second and latter years, the timings and days change. All the best!
