Dear Akash, the cut offs will remain the same. Its just the students in the  merit list after a certaibn number that are called for Round 2. For example lets say in the first merit list, 1-5000 ranked candidates were called in and all the seats havent been filled in, the ranks from 5001-10000 will be called for Round 2. Cut offs will remain the same.
