there is no eligiblity criteria for all india quota seats  the students who are from jammu and kashmir

they want to submit online self declaration the people with visual disability of less than 40%are eligible for medical  program and not for ph quota in NEET UG

Hello Aabid,

Students from State of Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for 15% All India Quota seats. If they claim eligibility, they needed to submit online Self Declaration.

As per the official less than 40% disability are eligibile for Medical programme but not eligible for PH Quota. Are you looking the admission in Jammu & Kashmir Medical colleges only?
