UPSC eligibility says that candidate must have Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

So, you have complete three years for preparation of UPSC while doing Bachelor's.

You can join any coaching institute or go for self study for the preparation of UPSC.

You will get enought time, don't worry and start studying.
