Now, we do not know a lot about what's going to happen in the second phase of counselling of TS - EAMCET 2018, but let's estimate things.

In 2017, in first round , the cutoff for Vasavi CSE OC-G was 1394, and in second round, according to what I've said, let's say it was close to 1850.

In 2018, in the first round, the cutoff was 1356 ( sorry if I'm wrong , but I remember the cutoff rank to be 1320+) . So in the second round, will it not drop down to at least 1800?

Conclusion : If you are fond of just CSE, and more fond of Vasavi CSE, maybe, yeah, you “may” get into it. In fact you really may , but we just cannot be predictive about the change in ranks of the two rounds . If you wish to opt something else like ECE, and any other stream, in fact, you'll easily make it to Vasavi!
