Based on the cutoff of 2018 you need to score 616 to get VMMC

This year the cutoff will vary based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.

For the VMMC college you have to apply through the all India quota. No state quota benefit was given in that college.

And as per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have no chance for the college under obc category.
