Your rank in SC category is not quite well for a good branch in NIT Rourkela. Considering last year's cutoff if you have home state quota you can get admission in branches listed below

• Ceramic Engineering
• Food Process Engineering 
• Industrial Design

But if you don't have Home state quota, I am sorry to say you'll not get admission in any branch in NIT Rourkela
