The cut off for admission to various colleges has not been announced yet. The cut off will be based on the final result by NTA. The final result will be the best of two percentile of January and April exam. The final result will vary depending on the number of students appearing for the April JEE Mains exam. in present percentile your general rank is approximately between 59579-67079 estimating the total number of students appearing for the April JEE Mains exam is 1152650. Based on your present rank, you have chances to get into NIT but your choice of branch is not guaranteed. The cut off is based on your rank. Though the cutoff for this year is not yet known, you can have an idea about it by going through the above article link.

Hello

To get admission in any of the top NITs, your percentile score should be minimum 98+%ile- then only there are chances of admission.
Well, your percentile is quite good.!
Based on your percentile, you can get admission in any of the good government colleges/institutes. However, the cutoff is not released yet and so you will have to wait for now. The NTA will release the final cutoff percentile along with the ranks after the April session of JEE Mains exam. The different NITs will also declare their admission cutoffs, once the results by NTA will be out. So you'll get the admission based idea later after the April session.
Hope for the best.!

Good Luck.!

Considering you as a general category candidate, there are very less chances for you to get in any of the NITs. (But if you're a reserved category candidate- then you can get admission in some good NITs and not the top ones).
Based on your percentile, your estimated rank comes around 48K and this rank may vary depending upon the number of students appearing for the April session exam.
So hope for the best.!
