Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
Sorry to say but with 9550 rank in MUOET, you don't have a chance to get a seat in MIT Manipal since it closes around 1400-2000 rank for CSE and for CCE it closes around 2500 for the last round of counselling, so you won't be able to get a seat.
