top IIT college campus like Bombay, Delhi, Hyderabad accept rank below 30. if you have reservation category then you can apply for it. if you apply for college located in your domicile state then you can also use home state quota.

You can apply for low ranked IIT campus where your rank will be in the range of cutoff rank. here are some name of college you can consider for admission:-
