The admisssion for COEP and PICT happens through Mh-CET. There's a 10% quota for JEE Mains Candidates too but for this 10% quota the Cutoffs are too high. It is easier to get into COEP/PICT through Mh-CET rather than JEE Mains. And at 81.076 percentile i.e. at a rank of around 2 lac it is almost impossible to get any branch in COEP/PICT. But still I would suggest you to apply in these colleges and wait until the spot rounds.
