With Comedk 2018 rank 2804, can I get an option in CSE better than B.Tech.(CSE) at VIT, Vellore, which I have already secured.

Definitely Yes, I can assure you that because ,I am an VITian too.
VIT VELLORE has a great placement record and offers various International Tranfer Programmes which might be appealing.
If you have to chose between RV and VIT you must go for VIT.
