see cutoff score changes year to year and depends on some fators like number of participants, seat matrix, question difficulty level, category, choice of stream etc.

at this score you have decent chances for jec, however you may also apply for north east nits, nit durgapur, nit patna, jadavpur university, iiest shivpur etc.
