This year, since the exam was bit easy so the cut offs are expected to increase. You may not get the top most college. Following is the list of some decent government medical colleges that you can get,

• Chatrapati Sahi Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur

As your score is good, you might also get the top colleges but UR category will make it difficult.
