As per your rank and score you stand a chance to get a government medical college in UP state quota counselling.
But as far as Delhi state quota counselling is concerned, you might not get a seat there becuase the colleges in Delhi are super selective and one of the bests in India because of which their cut off is also high.
But still I will suggest you to attend the counselling and to see it through.
