A low score of 35 in XAT 2019 may fetch you a good 95 percentile, given the difficulty level of XAT 2019 exam held on January 6, 2019. So with your given score, you can expect a percentile around 75 - 80.

With that as the expected percentile, you can apply for colleges like IFMR, Chennai and LIBA, Chennai.
