According to me i would have chosen hbtu Kanpur with Computer science as the scope for Computer science and engineering is increasing day by day. Rest according to you , you have got iiit jabalpur too. But go for it if and only if you are interested and if not, then for any college and determine that you will perform the best to  change the branch to interested one.
