Neet can be crack without coaching ?

Esha saxena 16th Feb, 2019
Hloo

Yes ofcourse why not just believe in yourself..and always keep yourself motivated..

Well, to be honest, the first and last thing is to set your goal that you can and you will as because competition are huge and if you want to join a good government Medical college then your target score should be 600+

just follow this routine for best results

Biology-Follow ncert for bio + allen/akash study material

Chemistry-Follow ncert for physical part ,And organic from allen /akash study package

Phyics-Follow ncert ,allen/akash package and solve numericals from h c verma

Now time management no need to study for 24 hours just study for 12 hours that will be great

Allot (56)hrs for biology every day

3 hours for Chemistry

&

3 hours for physics

At last, solve as many mcq as you can and practice last 15 years papers and try to solve them in time and if possible download Allen mobile app in your smartphone and try to test yourself by giving exams

.hope it helps...

Thanks Anshuman Sir for telling me about Lofi. Can you tell me more tips to increase my focus so that I can study for more hours?

masteranshu27 15th Feb, 2019

Hello aspirant,

Thank for contacting Careers 360.

So you want to increase your focus. Increasing focus is difficult inititally, but becomes easier in due course of time. Here are some tips -

1. Meditation

Try to wake up early and medidate. This will make your mind clear and give it a positive energy. During my preparation, I personally used Headspace app that assisted me in meditation. Download it from playstore, and just spend 5 mins with this app and you feel so refreshed and energized.

2. Stop comparing

People generally waste time in comparing themshelves with others. Just stop that. But compare with yourself, how you were yesterday. Try to make today better than yesterday. By doing such, you will make yourself a very strong competitor.

3. Exercise

Spend 1 hour exercising or playing a highly energy consuming game (like football/badminton). Exercising improves focus and you can study for long hours.

4. Avoid studying at a stretch

Follow this rule - 2 hours of study followed by 30 minutes break.

5. Read Bhagvat Gita (assuming you are Hindu)

Spend 5 minutes studying the english translation of Gita. The outcome is enormous. Just study and thank me later.

6. Diet

Diet also has an influence on studying hours. Consuming too much spicy and oily foods make can make you lazy. Eat more of green leafy vegetables, dark chocolates and drink adequate amounts of water so as to improve your focussing ability.

7. Change the room

If possible do this. Studies have shown that sitting and studying in the same room becomes monotonous. Changing the room where you are studying, gives your brain a new kind of energy.

Hope these steps help.

Thank You

Best Of Luck

Can music help me in focussing better? Did you listen to music during your neet preparation, Anshuman sir?

Dr.Debtanu Banerjee 15th Feb, 2019
Let's make one thing very clear my friend
what release your mind will it be sketching reciting or reading or listening to music is completely up to you
yes definitely music is a big stress reliever and especially melodious music and rob your mind of lots of frustrations and tensions which will be acquired as you do intensive study over a period of time
but there is no hard and fast rule that music is the essence to success in NEET UG or any other competitive examination
what is most essential that you do something which makes you happy and comfortable whether it be some co curricular activity or physical exercise or any other thing which makes you feel at ease with yourself
I hope this suggestion helps you and would also advise you to dedicate at least half an hour in a day or at least 2 hours every alternate day to some activity with release your mind of stress and give you inner peace to be able to focus well and bring out the best within yourself during the tough period

Which study material and test series are best between Aakash or Allen for preparation of neet.

Deep Pathak 19th Feb, 2024

Well it totally depends upon the kind of preparation a student wants. Both Aakash and Allen are well known institutions when it comes to the NEET exam preparation. The test series of both Aakash and Allen are prepared by the academic experts with and holds their own significance. Therefore it all depends on the aspirants to choose any one among these as per their convenience, considering the price of study material, ease of availability, language of study material etc.

Between DC PANDEY and H C VERMA which book is Good for Physics NEET preparation . please tell anyone which was recommended by toppers

lakshmi.punati3931 Student Expert 13th Feb, 2019
Hello aspirant,
These two books have different quality.
If you are preparing for NEET the read the topics according to ncert. There is very rare chances that the questions came from out of ncert syllabus.
Concepts of physics by HC VERMA: purpose of this book is hidden in the title . This book have more and more concepts to understand theory and numericals. Do not practice questions from this book because the very few McQ are present and mainly they are IIT based so doing questions is only wasting of time . You can try to solve and understand the example from this book.
Dc Pandey: it is book of arihant publication. In this book both concepts and mcq are given in too much amount.  If you want to solve any questions book. Tjlhie book should be on top of your choice between it have a lot of questions is aloso divided into level like level l1 then level2 then 3. By solving your concepts will be too clear.
So we can say that
We should prepare concepts from HC VERMA and mcq from DC Pandey.
If you have any questions please let me know
All the best!
Thank you!!!!
