We cant determined amy kind of video that is best for preparation of neet.Though there are lots of YouTube channels that provide videos on various topics and lots of apps on play store are also available that might help you in a way.But if suggest then i would say that the best preparation is done by the books only.Books are the key to crack amy exams. Though technological advancement have step up to alter the old school style of learning and students are getting distracted will so many tools and that is causing issue.I hope you understand and figure out whats good for you
