Hope this answer helps.
Dear Aspirant,
MAT is conducted four times in a year for the management courses MBA and PGDMA by All India Management Association. PBT is paper-based MAT test and CBT is computer based MAT test.
Let's see the differences and possibilities in both these tests.
1. The tentative dates of PBT are as follows:-
Starting of Registration will take place in the second week of December 2019 and will end in the first week of February 2020. The admit card will be made available in the 2nd week of February 2020 and the exam will tentatively happen in the third week of February 2020. The results will be announced in the last week of February 2020.
The only difference in these dates will occur for CBT will be that the availability of the admit card and the exam will be delayed by a week than PBT. So, CBT admit card will come out in the 3rd week of February and 4th week of February is when the exam will happen.
Counselling for both will begin in March.
2. The time for PBT will be pre-scheduled and fixed and the CBT exam will take place in slots.
3. The major difference between both is that of offline and online and that can create all the difference. Technical glitches can take place in CBT but not in PBT.
4. Answer correction in PBT is done by erasing and marking a new one and in CBT, by using the navigation tool.
5. Other than all these, the pattern of the question paper, marking, duration of the test and even the level of difficulty is the same.
You can review these points and choose according to your comfort. If you plan on giving both, which a fabulous option given by AIMA, you can choose the score you want to go ahead with. It would be your call.
The fees for both the tests is also the same but if you give it combines, you will have to pay a little less than the double of the price.
If you are better at handling computers and using navigation tools, scrolling, you can go for CBT. If you get confused with the same, you can choose to give PBT. Giving both is always a win-win, because you get the opportunity to avail your score!
Also assess your reading skills. Are you better at reading on screen or paper? This includes both your speed and accuracy.
Hope this helps. All the best!

Dear student
E. coli as you must be knowing is a prokaryotic bacteria. It is the ideal model to study dna replication. You must have studied that the semiconservative replication of DNA was studied using e. coli only. Thus, e.coli replicates it's DNA through semiconservative replication, and the process involves dna fork formation. For detailed study on this, you can check class 12th ncert or any graduation level book containing dna topic in it. Hope that helps.
All the best.
