I downloaded the allotment order but havent downloaded the self reporting letter and when I opened the website it is displayed that it is under preparation for final phase counselling. Is it compulsory to download the self reporting letter? when will the site be active again?

Following recommendations come solely on personal experience, except the book by Sarvesh Sharma, I've gone through all the mentioned ones and found them useful.

For Quants- Quicker Maths by M Tyra, there's one book by Arihant Publications as well named Fast Track Arithmetic, for higher level there's book by Sarvesh
