Age surely won't become a problem once you score good in NEET.According to NEET eligibility criteria there is no maximum age limit(except minimum age should be 17 years).Colleges shortlist the qualified candidates based on their entrance exam scores. There is no need to fear,you must just focus on your entrance exam and get into your desired college. Once you get into the college you will realize that you aren't the only one,there are many students who work hard for years taking drops for upto four years.

There is no eligibility criteria based on the year in which you passed your twefth standard. This means you are eligible for this years JoSAA counseling as long as you have cleared JEE Mains 2020. SInce you have cleared the mains exam this year there should not be any trouble for you to be eligible for the counselling.

Yes , you are eligible for B arch at 53% . According to criteria there must be atleast 50% in 12th and rest depends on your NATA marks . But you need to get a Gap certificate as you were 12th pass from 2017 . So ,be prepared . Feel free to ask query
