It's bit difficult to understand your query, it seems you have already passed GNM Course in 2017, in case you're enquiring regarding job opportunities then you may work as clinical nurse, forensic nurse, staff nurse, icu-in charge, community health nurse etc, you may find these opportunities in government hospitals, apollo, columbia asia max etc, if you're interested in government jobs then keep an eye on job portals, as per requirement of recruitment, vacancies are announced for which you may apply accordingly.

The certificate issued by the Tehsildar or any other concerned authority is accepted to avail the benefits of fee redemption due to income below 8 lakhs.
No matter if your income was higher that 8 lakhs , if it's lower that 8 lakhs currently and you are capable to prove it and get you certificate made, it won't cause you any problem.

Since you have passed MSc in physics, you are eligible to answer GATE 2021. Even the students who are in 1st year or 2nd year of their MSc course are eligible to answer this exam. There is no age limit to answer this exam. So, even if you have qualified in MSc course in the year 2017, you are still eligible to appear for GATE 2021 according to the revised guidelines.
