What you should do is make sure that you enter the correct and valid AADHAR number and if it is correct and valid but still the issue persists then kindly turn off the tab and then re-open it and again try to register after sometime because sometimes server does not take new responses because of some technical glitches or heavy traffic.

Adhaar card used as a ID proof, so  you can upload your class 10th admit card as your ID proof because it will also be acceptable under valid ID proof by NTA for JEE-Main 2021. https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/webinfo2021/Page/Page?PageId=1&LangId=P .

You can fill the jee main form but it's advised to correct your D. O. B in your Adhaar card by pragya kendra.

You can fill the application form for the JEE main examination with the Aadhar Card you currently have but it is strictly recommended that you should make correction to it as soon as possible. Actually at the time of document verification your Aadhar card details would be matched with the marksheet so before that you need to keep it updated. You can use your current Aadhar Card now because the Aadhaar number would remain the same but make sure to use the correct name and not what is mentioned on the document right now.

If your name on class 10th certificate and Aadhaar card is same you will not face any issue even if the first name and Surname on class 10th certificate and Aadhaar card are interchanged. Ensure that the spellings are same on these two certificate. If there is not change in your name you can enclose these documents at the time of application submission for caste certificate.

If your permanent address and present condition the corresponding address is a same then there is no problem for you to mention your present address as correspondence address to deliver for taking delivery of your EWS certificate on this address what you want to mention in the form fill up of EWS. The documents needed for other than  Aadhaar card  your  copy of ration card or  copy of electricity bill, or copy of voter identity card, or copy of your passport if you have any. All the documents mentioned here you have to sibmit with Aadhar card forEWS certificate as the proof of your correspondence address and permanent address is the same

If the name given on the admit card is different from the name you have provided in the application then you may contact the helpdesk and report the discrepancy. You will be able to download updated admit card. If the you have provided your name in the application without initials then you might face an issue during document verification as the details must be same in the documents and the details furnished in the application form.

It will not a problem if you didn't uploaded aadhar card during NEET Counselling Registration  Because while filling the neet application form you  have to enter your aadhar card number only and not to upload your aadhar card.

However if you forgot to upload the income certificate even if you have entered the annual income amount during application then after admission you can go through the scholarship schemes offered by your college and apply later also  can.  You will receive fee reimbursement accordingly.
