You should have fill the application form using the date of birth given on your 10th and 12 marksheet because at the time of verification of documents that are the mainly focused. Now since you have given your date of birth as of your Aadhar Card, you have two options that you can follow before the document verification process of counselling. First is that you must apply for correction in your date of birth at regional educational office and get it corrected as what it is on Aadhar card. The second option is to wait for the correction window to open and make the required changes with getting the date of birth on your Aadhar card corrected. You can choose to do any of the following but make sure there is no disprency in date of birth as of your mark certificate and photo ID proof because it may cause problems.

Aadhar card is more important document than transfer certificate in which your father's name has been mis spelt. So to fill up any kind of form for admission or registration you should use the name of your father written  in Aadhar card. And you should immediately correct your father's name as it has been written in your admit card of 10th class examination by an request application to the authority of your school. After getting the TC  where your father's name is it as it is  in the admit card or hall ticket of your 10th class and 12th class examination then it is okay. By this correction you may make correction the name of your father as if mistake  in the Aadhar Card if there is any mistake.

However, at the present scenario it was actually not a problem, there might be problem with your Aadhar card itself. So, firstly you need to clear it through any service centre near you and update your Aadhar card,

Don't worry it won't create any problem because verifying AADHAR was not a mandatory option but it is the choice of candidate whether he/she wants to verify or not so even if you have not verified your AADHAR then also you can appear for JEE-Main and it won't create any problem in future.

This time JEE-Main will be conducted in 2 sessions only as per the revised schedule given below,

>>>>>> second session will be in July (from July 21st to 30th).

If the address is correct then you  an upload the address in your JEE MAINS form. Its advised to provide the address as present in Government ID because during the verification process its more convenient. So if you have an region name don't worry about it, you can put it and nothing will matter that way.

Yes, you can update your address in Aadhaar Card. You won't face any problem if your permanent address in NEET UG is different from the address in Aadhaar Card. To update your address in Aadhaar Card you need to visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment center and provide supporting documents such as water bill, electricity bill, bank passbook front page etc which are in your name. After submitting your application for updating the address you will get updated address on your Aadhaar card within 4-10 working days.

For AADHAR CARD correction you need to visit your nearest Aadhar Seva Kendra so that you can do the necessary correction. Now you can apply for the JEE MAINS & by the time of counselling and document verification make it sure that the Aadhar card is corrected or else problems may occur during the admission.

You need to fill your details like name, Dob etc as per 10th & 12th certificate.Your aadhaar card  is not a mandatory document for admission or application form filling. During form filling Aadhaar number verification is completely voluntary so you can skip it.

Still,

What you can do is visit nearby Aadhaar centre and get your Name & Dob corrected on your aadhaar card, it's get updated within 10 -15 working days.
