Anybody can take banking exams irrespective of their 10+2 stream or  choice of course  in bachelor degree. For trainee officer's post, one can give TO exam of SBI, UCO banks etc. And for provisionary officer's post one needs to give the PO exam of the Indian banks.

You are not allowded to close your bank account with a negative balance.You may only close it after bringing your balance to positive.

Hello

In general the debited amount should get refund to your account. You can lodge  a complaint in the respective bank. You can even call to the customer service of respective bank .After this your money would refund with in 7 working days.
