If you applied for scholarship so you must have a bank account. But it's not necessary which bank. Because you are a student in lukhnow University so they will be open you a new account in any bank where your scholarship will get.  But it's okay you already put

Most of the colleges have this rule of mandatory bank guarantee for mbbs so that they dont suffer loss if the students wishies to withdraw during midterm. So you might have to furnish bank guarantee along with tuition free etc..
