NIOS formerly known as NOS was established in the month of November, 1989. It is the largest National open schooling system of education in the world. The process of demand examination is that when the candidates will feel ready for examination candidate will go straight to the examination centre and appear for examination. Term of examination was introduced and become popular as ODE. NIOS re introduce this process of examination that is ODE in the secondary level in the year of 2005. Now it has been introduced in the senior secondary level also. Mostly b.tech students offered scientist positions in isro where entrance exam is conducted followed by personal interview.
You need to do msc first in order to apply for various recruitment in isro.one thing you should keep in mind that academic performance is also one of the parameter taken into consideration so you have to secure as much percentage as you can otherwise it is difficult for you to get into isro.

See which subject combination you may or may not take is entirely dependent on the college you are in. So you can take admission to the course of Zoology with Physics and Chemistry as Generic Electives. But in general, the combination for the Zoology is Botany and Chemistry. Now if your college allows it then you can definitely go for it or you can find out a college which offers this combination and then apply for the course.

Yes, According to the Delhi High Court decision, students from National and State open schools are eligible to take the NEET exam, but they must meet both the age and academic criteria. However, the Medical Council of India has filed some petitions against this verdict, which is still being considered by the court.

As per the basic eligibility criteria for Computer science in B.Sc as well as B.Tech , you need to have physics, Chemistry and math combination with min 45-50% in 12th qualifying exam .
Note: The eligibility criteria may vary institute wise . But for B.Tech , you need to have physics as you have to appear for JEE or equivalent entrance exam in which the syllabus includes various physics topics .
Well, you can opt for BCA course , as per the BCA criteria .. student from any stream after 12th with a standard qualifying marks is applicable .

Physical, organics and inorganic
For physical chemistry you have to solve more and more MCQs(use good reference book) and the formulas should be on your finger tips and your concept must be clear
For Organic chemistry you have to read NCERT and have to solve MCQs using a good reference book
For inorganic chemistry NCERT is must, You have to read,learn and repeat the NCERT book as the question come in line to line manner sometime.
