is bsc chemistry hons really worth it

The employment areas for the BSc Chemistry graduates include pharmaceutical industries, chemical manufacturers, forensic science department, plastic industries, agrochemical industries, etc. Apart from these, they are also recruited in other fields such as oil, gas and power sectors and even in defense services.

You need to choose the code 02 while filling neet 2022 application form

This is because,

Though you are doing BSc  your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains your 10+2 as you don't have physics in your bsc

Yes you are eligible to appear in NEET UG 2022 (if you are pass in all theory papers of PCB apart from practical), this because as per your category i.e. OBC, you should have aggregate in PCB either equal to or more than 40% and you fulfil this

Yes you are absolutely eligible for pursuing Btech focused in biotechnology without any issue.

See, the basic eligibity criteria for pursuing biotechnology engineering is a candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognized board of india  from Physics, chemistry and biology subjects.

Even if you are a dropper then also you will be eligible for NEET UG and as you have not yet completed the first year of your B.Sc. course so your highest qualification with PCB remains 10+2 and hence you should use code 02 as your NEET UG
