If you want to be a commercial pilot in India then you have to clear DGCA class and medical. Then you will get your file number after that you will get initial class from experience instructor. Then you will choose the training center and go for your training. You have to fly and log minimum 200 hours.
In India to become a commerical pilot cost 45 to 60 lakh and it cost sometimes higher around 75 to 80 lakh.

In India there is many pilot training schools available of both government and private. lately there is major number of candidates applying for pilot training course. there is some eligibility criteria to satisfy to become eligible for pilot training courses is as follows:
one must be between 18 to 30 years of age and have studied Physics and Maths in their +2. candidates must complete the physical or medical test and aptitude test by the respective institute. For getting eligible for Commercial Pilot License, the candidates must complete 200 hours of flying. thus candidates must clear all the exams and training of the respective institute.

Eligibility for Commercial Pilot
It costs around 45 to 60 lakhs to become a commercial pilot in India. This cost may go as high as 75 lakhs. The lump sum break up is around 30 to 40 lakhs to obtain the license of commercial pilot and 15 to 20 lakhs for the Type Rating. The duration of the commercial pilot course is three years. The training is really hard. It leaves no stone unturned. 70% marks is needed to pass DGCA but the pass marks of the company is much higher than that. You will not get any regular schedule in this job. You need to be good in Physics and mathematics to become a commercial pilot. These are compulsory for this course. Especially, Maths is highly required. You have to get at least 50% marks at Physics and Maths in 12th exam to apply for CPL (Commercial Pilot License) course. This course definitely has some strict stipulations but this is an exciting opportunity to become a commercial pilot. The candidate also have to be good at Geography. This job requires good mechanical aptitude skills. Commercial pilots use math on a daily basis. They have to practice basic arithmetic, algebra and calculus and geometry.
Height chart
Minimum height for a commercial pilot is 162.5 cms with correlated weight. Leg length must be between 99cms and 120 cms. The thigh length need to be 64 cms or less than that. The sitting height must be between 81.5 cms and 96 cms. The visual acuity must be 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in other eye.

The eligibility criteria for becoming a commercial pilot in India when focused specifically on the eyesight is that pilots must have uncorrected distance visual acuity no worse than 20/70 in each eye, and vision must be correctable to 20/20. Near vision should be 20/20 or better without corrective lenses.

If you aspire to become a pilot in your life, you must first choose your Higher Secondary Course with subjects including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You must have scored a minimum of 50% in these subjects to be able to join an Air flying school.
A Commercial Pilot has to be fit- physically and mentally with good eyesight.
You may approach private institutes, fill forms and get started. Most institutes have a Pilot Aptitude Test, which a candidate must clear, in order to get selected. The Aptitude test is a 3 stage process, comprising of- written examination, Interview and the Aptitude Test. Once selected for the CPL training, students with no prior flying experience are given CPL training. The duration of the entire program may vary from one institute to another. On an average, it could last anywhere between 15-18 months.

The minimum percentage to be secured in physics, chemistry and math is 50%. The maximum age limit needed is 17 years .
If your are non science student, they u need to do the required subjects as private candidates from your state board.
To become a commercial pilot u need CPL ( commercial pilot license) , this can be gained after you clear your training from aan Institute recognised by civil aviation Authority of that particular country.
