Hi,
Well yes you can opt for fashion and designing as your program for future studies with a background in English literature but some colleges ask for a bachelor in fashion and designing to allow the student to go for master in fashion designing. But there are handful of colleges where this criteria is not followed and hence you can easily apply in such colleges to pursue your dream field.
I hope this helps.

Dear aspirant,
you can opt for fashion and designing in your master with English literature bei g your bachelor course. Private colleges don't usually have this criteria where they ask you to have a bachelor's in fashion and designing to opt for masters in the same. But sometimes some colleges may ask for a bachelor degree in the same field. That information is easily available on respective colleges websites under the eligibility criteria for their master degree program.
Hi Sanjula,
I would say go with the course you like. Identify which one of them you want to go with, ask seniors who have taken these courses about their personal experiences. Ask them about the syllabus, about the curriculum, about the future scope, about the job perspective. Look out for advice from multiple people, from people who are currently in 11th-12th in these courses, who are in college taking these courses and who are doing jobs. Ask them whatever small query comes to you mind, doesn't matter how silly it is. Talk to them. They will give you the overall perspective of both the courses and will help you decide.
Hope it helps!!
