A three-year, six-month diploma programme in GNM nursing focuses on educating students in the clinical approach to patient care. GNM, or general nursing and midwifery, is the complete name. Students who take this course will have several work prospects in a variety of medical professions. So, being an arts student you cannot possibly apply for this course.
Admission to the GNM Nursing program is only available to those who satisfy the criteria. Students must have completed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as required topics in order to be eligible for entry into the GNM Nursing programme. Additionally, students must have a minimum combined score of 50 to 60 percent or an equal CGPA in the 10+2 year. The age requirement is 17 years old.

The only thing you can do is to practice. I can remember you the proverb practice makes man perfect. Try practicing by writing the any English stories. And try to communicate in English with the persons who can understand and can talk in English.
Communication will helps us to improve our English. Try to avoid communicating in other languages and just try to speak in English. Refer to the English newspapers and other story books. Refer to a dictionary whenever you stuck while speaking or writing.

As per your query.. Yes!!! you are eligible to take admission in GNM course. full form of GNM is General Nursing and Midwifery, this is 3 yrs duration course and the basic eligibility to take admission is that you must have passed class 12th with minimum 40% from any recognised board.

The minimum education qualification requirement to be eligible to apply for Combined Defence Service Examination and join in Officers Training Academy is that a candidate must have passed Bachelors Degree from a recognized board. The age must be in between 19-25 years. Female students are eligible to apply for OTA (Women) while male candidates are eligible to apply for Indian Naval Academy, Indian Air Force Academy, Indian Military Academy and Officers Training Academy (Men).

Hope you are doing great. Following GNM, one may register as an R.N.R.M. nurse with the State Nurse Registration Council. One may then go to work and gain some experience. With this qualification, students can enroll in the BSC Nursing (Post Basic) programme offered by institutions recognized by the INC. One who successfully completes the Bsc programme will receive a nursing degree.
