If you want to know the answer then the answer is NO.
IITs do not offer a degree in Bsc Physics or any Bsc for that matter. What they offer is Integrated Msc (5 years course) in Physics and other basic sciences which are highly prestigious. The admission process is the same as B. Tech that is through JEE advanced entrance exam.

Amit, admission to Top Institutions like IITs, NITs and GFTIs happens through JEE Advanced. Now JEE Advanced is the next step after JEE Mains and for eligibility to appear for JEE Advanced, you should have secured a minimum aggregate of 75% in your 10+2. So, for being eligible to seek admission in IIT Madras, you should target 75% in your 12th. For more information in JEE Advanced, please visit our page at:

Dear Rahul, the maximum closing rank that fetched seat in IIT DELHI was 3650 for CIVIL ENGINEERING under GEN CATEGORY.
For other categories -
So,any rank below them would definitely create higher chances for you to get seat in IIT DELHI.
Having said that the cut offs changes every year as they depend on various factors like number of students appeared, highest score, lowest score etc.
You can check this link for previous year cut offs
All the best
Hope this helps
