IISER stands for indian institute of science, education and research. there are seven iiser in india in different state of india. they are IISER Kolkata in West Bengal, IISER Pune in Maharashtra, IISER Mohali in Punjab, IISER Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, IISER Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, IISER Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh and IISER Berhampur in Odisha.you can do dual bs-ms course from iiser after 10+2 course.
application form will release from 24 april , 2020 tentatively.

It's difficult to quote a definite mark as the maximum marks in JEE advanced change every year.But to get seat in IIT, Delhi in CSE you need to secure a rank below 100 irrespective of your category.Because their cut ranges in between 1-200.So to be on safe side you need to secure a rank below 100.And it is only possible if you do intense hardwork.You should be able to get decent marks in JEE advanced.

you did not mention which course you want to pursue in iit delhi, whether it is undergraduate or post graduate. And there is no separate cutoff for male and female. hope you may understand.

New changes has been announced in JEE Main 2020 exam pattern. According to the JEE Main 2020 exam pattern, Paper 1 will comprise of multiple choice questions and numerical questions whereas Paper 2 is now separate for B.Arch and B.Plan aspirants.
Total number of questions for paper 1 will be 75. Each subject (physics, chemistry, mathematics) will have 25 questions.
20 questions will be objective type- multiple choice questions (MCQs) and 5 Questions with answer as numerical value, with equal weightage to Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry.
Marking scheme is as follows:
For MCQs - 4 Marks will be awarded for every correct answer and there will be deduction of 1 Mark for every incorrect answer For answer with numeric value - 4 Marks will be awarded for every correct answer and 0 Mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer

As the cutoff rank vary every year so its quite difficult to predict how much rank student will get admission this year in iit delhi and bombay.

The colleges you are talking almost the top one and two rank colleges of India.
In order to get CSE branch in them for B-tech you have to get a rank inside 200 in JEE ADVANCED. Keep in mind JEE mains exam pattern is also changed this year. To achieve what you are talking you have to really work hard rather hardest.
