Admission to MDes Program at IIT Delhi is conducted through CEED. Many other participating institutes as well take admission for MDes course through CEED like IIT Kanpur, IISc Bangalore, IIT Hyderabad, IITDM Jabalpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT Bombay to name a few.

Even if you come to know about the marks, it won't be helpful. Because, marks vs rank for category depends on many factors. The maximum marks is not defined in case of jee advanced. It may be anything, even advanced can be of 100 marks or even 1000 marks.
